We work with businesses and local councils to improve lives and build futures for disadvantaged people in the local government areas we serve: Parramatta, Sutherland Shire, Cumberland, Fairfield and Canterbury-Bankstown.
Here are some examples of our successful partnerships:
- Bradfield Development Authority has established a formal framework for operational and cultural cooperation in the development of Bradfield City. We will work together to improve opportunities for First Nations people in Western Sydney, through employment, education and training at the Advanced Manufacturing Readiness Facility (AMRF) and across Bradfield City’s development.
- Liverpool City Council granted us access to recreational lands at Apex and Phillips Parks to celebrate our First Nations community and heritage, and enhance the appeal of these parks for our community.
- Yarpa Hub provides individual pathways to our First Nations people to find satisfying, long-term employment
- Transport for NSW funds Gandangara Transport Services, crucial mobility for our members and the community.
- South Western Sydney Local Health District partners with us to run Pfizer vaccination clinics for our members and the community at the Gandangara Health Services.
- South Western Sydney Primary Health Network funds the First Peoples Health Worker Traineeship, providing qualified, skilled support staff in our health and wellbeing programs
- Federal Department of Social Services funds the Marumali Health Brokerage Service, which provides health support and education for our members and community.
