• BUILDING LITERACY AND NUMERACY SKILLS
• ABORIGINAL CULTURAL AWARENESS
• VISITING DEFENCE BASES
• AND MUCH MORE

On the 18th March 2009 the Gandangara members passed the Community Land and Business Plan (CL&BP). In so doing, the members have insured that the GLALC is able to progress the provision of services such as Dental, Health, Employment, Rent-Buy and Long-Term Lease Housing Schemes, Transport and Future Development. These plans will not only benefit over 800 of our members but also for the 11 thousand other Indigenous people in our boundaries.

Gail Tobler a staff member here at GLALC won the Indigenous Trainee of the Year Award. Gail was presented the award at the MG My Gateway Awards night.

Gail is currently doing a Cert IV in Business Administration and is enjoying every minute. Gail works in the Housing section - Murrin Ngura of Gandangara underneath Alfred Sing our Property Manager.
